Host a Costume Party or Attend One - Seeing what people look like dressed up, can be the best part of Halloween!

Pay your first rental installment. Skip the payment line on move-in day by paying your first rental installment early. You can pay through your online resident portal (link above), or you can mail a check or money order to: 1142 South Carolina HWY 544 Conway, SC 29526.
Mail or email in your renter insurance documentation prior to move-in day to skip extra paperwork. If you do not bring proof of insurance prior to move-in or at move-in, we will be required to add our own renter insurance coverage to your account in order to give you your apartment key. Our renter insurance is $11.95 per month on top of your current rental installment amount.
Sign up for a move-in time slot. We have many individuals who are excited to move-in on August 18th. To make your check-in time as short as possible, we encourage you to sign up for a time slot. Please clicking this link to reserve a move-in time:
Unsure what to bring to your new apartment? Below is a quick tip list for what you should pack:
Kitchen Items: Pots, pans, silverware, utensil, groceries, small appliances (such as a toaster or personal fridge for your room) and decorative items.
Bedroom and bathroom Items: Bedding, towels, bathroom mats, shower curtain, curtains for your bedroom window, and a floor lamp.
Living room items: All of your basic furniture is provided, but you should bring decorative items, a floor lamp, and some pillows and blankets to make it homey!
